Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas and mix with sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
