Ingredients
  

  • 1 large crusty bread loaf
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 lb scallops, chopped
  • 0.5 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut the top off the bread and hollow out the center. Brush with olive oil and lightly toast.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops and cook until just opaque.
  4. Stir in cream and cheese, then fold in crab. Season to taste.
  5. Fill bread bowl with seafood mixture, top with cheese, and bake until bubbly.
