Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and coat evenly with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and serve.
