Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Bake briefly and cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake until set with a slightly soft center.
  5. Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth, and spread over chilled cheesecake.
