Ingredients
  

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare brownie batter and bake in a greased springform pan until just set.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing gently.
  3. Pour cheesecake batter over brownie layer and smooth the top.
  4. Drizzle caramel over cheesecake and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake until edges are set and center slightly jiggles. Cool, then chill before serving.
