Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups finely chopped green cabbage
  • 0.25 cup finely grated carrot
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Finely chop cabbage and grate carrot. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
