Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and cook diced potatoes until tender and golden.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain, and stir in taco seasoning with a little water.
  3. Combine cooked potatoes and seasoned beef in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover briefly, and let melt before serving.
