Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until starting to soften.
  3. Add green beans and ranch seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in bacon before serving.
