Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
  2. Add garlic, bell peppers, and tomato sauce. Simmer briefly.
  3. Stir in cooked rice until evenly combined.
  4. Transfer to baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly.
