Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup halved strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit by dicing and halving as needed.
  2. Place all fruit into a large mixing bowl and gently toss.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir yogurt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold yogurt into fruit until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
