Ingredients
  

  • 1 large yellow or sweet onion, sliced into rings
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 spray cooking oil spray

Method
 

  1. Slice the onion into thick rings and gently separate them.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dip each onion ring into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with oil.
  5. Arrange onion rings in a single layer, spray lightly with oil, and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
