Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add pasta and enough water to cover. Cook until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in milk and simmer for 5 more minutes before serving.
