Ingredients
  

  • 4–6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Whisk eggs and milk separately.
  3. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat evenly with parmesan crumbs.
  4. Sear chicken until golden, then bake until cooked through.
  5. Make garlic sauce with butter, garlic, cream, parmesan, and lemon. Serve over chicken.
