Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil, melted

Method
 

  1. Peel, core, and slice pineapple into 1-inch thick rings or wedges.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush pineapple with butter or oil and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill pineapple sugar-side down until caramelized, then flip and grill until tender.
  5. Remove from grill and serve warm with optional toppings.
