Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz oyster crackers
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch garlic powder or onion salt
  • 1 dash smoked paprika or cayenne
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss oyster crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss gently.
  4. Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Cool on pan for 15 minutes until crisp. Store in airtight container.
  6. Serve as a snack alone or with dips, garnished with fresh chives or parsley.
