Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef until cooked through, then remove from pan.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and sauté until tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef to the pan, pour in sauce, and toss until evenly coated and heated through.
