Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 0.25 cup onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz)
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chicken, cheese, vegetables, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling on each crescent triangle and roll tightly.
  4. Arrange rolls seam-side down on baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
