Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or almond bark
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)

Method
 

  1. Measure all ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil gently until smooth.
  3. Combine oats, cranberries, and nuts in a bowl, then pour melted chocolate over the mixture.
  4. Stir until evenly coated, then spoon mixture into clusters on parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm before serving.
