- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, half the garlic, lime juice, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season shrimp with remaining garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
