  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing cookies evenly.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until tops are set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving or transferring to a rack.
