Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup milk or chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Combine stuffing mix with milk or broth and let soften for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turkey, eggs, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  4. Press mixture into pan and smooth the top.
  5. Mix topping ingredients and spread evenly over the loaf.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
