Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Toss chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a hot skillet and cook chicken until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to pan, add sauce ingredients, and toss to coat.
  6. Cook briefly until sauce thickens. Finish with sesame oil and serve.
