Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups orange sherbet
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Equipment

  • Serving glasses
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Blend frozen mango, pineapple, and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Chill serving glasses in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Scoop orange sherbet into each chilled glass.
  4. Slowly pour sparkling water over the back of a spoon into each glass.
  5. Drizzle the fruit mixture into the glass to create swirls.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
