Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until just wilted.

  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
