Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mixed cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Equipment

  • microwave-safe container or skillet
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix cheese, flour, butter, eggs, and seasonings until combined.
  2. Transfer dough to a greased microwave-safe container or skillet.
  3. Microwave for 2–3 minutes or cook covered on stovetop over low heat until set.
  4. Cool briefly, slice, and serve warm.
