- Cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer briefly.
- Lightly toast corn tortillas and warm flour tortillas.
- Layer beans, rice, beef, cheese, and a corn tortilla on a flour tortilla.
- Add toppings, fold edges inward, and form a sealed wrap.
- Cook seam-side down in a skillet until crisp, then flip and brown the other side.
