Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer briefly.
  2. Lightly toast corn tortillas and warm flour tortillas.
  3. Layer beans, rice, beef, cheese, and a corn tortilla on a flour tortilla.
  4. Add toppings, fold edges inward, and form a sealed wrap.
  5. Cook seam-side down in a skillet until crisp, then flip and brown the other side.
