Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef or meat blend
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk or beef broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into a loaf and place into greased crockpot.
  3. Spread ketchup and brown sugar glaze on top.
  4. Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours until cooked through.
  5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
