Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 limes lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or greens
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo or salsa

Method
 

  1. Mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp to coat.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Lay lettuce leaves flat and add shredded cabbage.
  4. Top with shrimp, avocado, and salsa. Serve immediately.
