Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter

Method
 

  1. Cook peaches with sugar and spices until softened. Thicken with cornstarch mixture and cool.
  2. Roll dough into circles and add cooled filling.
  3. Fold dough, seal edges, and brush with egg wash.
  4. Add streusel if using and bake at 375°F until golden.
  5. Cool slightly and glaze if desired before serving.
