Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Add the sliced carrots to the slow cooker.
  2. Mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the carrots.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours.
  5. Stir at the end to fully coat the carrots in the glaze.
  6. Serve warm with extra glaze spooned over the top.
