Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen shoestring fries
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 lemon lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Method
 

  1. Bake or fry fries until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Mix seasoning blend and toss fries while hot.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Spread fries on platter, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Return to oven briefly to melt cheese. Top with bacon and green onions before serving.
