- Slice jalapeños and remove seeds if desired.
- Mix flour and seasonings in one bowl. Whisk egg and milk in another. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat jalapeños in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in 350°F oil until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
