Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Add eggs, oil, vinegar, and sweetener. Stir until a thick batter forms.
  4. Transfer batter to the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until firm and lightly golden. Cool completely before slicing.
