- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake sweet potatoes until fork-tender, then peel and mash until smooth.
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes with sugar and melted butter.

- Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
