Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried ranch seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and ranch seasoning in a bowl. Stir in cheddar cheese.
  3. Cut cold butter into the flour mixture until pea-sized pieces form.
  4. Add buttermilk and stir just until the dough comes together.
  5. Pat dough out and cut into biscuits.
  6. Place biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
