- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and ranch seasoning in a bowl. Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Cut cold butter into the flour mixture until pea-sized pieces form.
- Add buttermilk and stir just until the dough comes together.
- Pat dough out and cut into biscuits.
- Place biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
