Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in honey.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt, then add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
