Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in honey.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt, then add to wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing evenly.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
