- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Bake tater tots in muffin tin for 15–20 minutes, then press to form cups and bake until golden.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat and season with Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill tater tot cups with beef mixture and top with bacon.
- Mix cheese with milk and spoon over filled cups.
- Bake 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
