Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Bake tater tots in muffin tin for 15–20 minutes, then press to form cups and bake until golden.
  3. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat and season with Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill tater tot cups with beef mixture and top with bacon.
  5. Mix cheese with milk and spoon over filled cups.
  6. Bake 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
