Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Coat chicken strips in flour, dip in egg, and press into breadcrumbs.
  3. Arrange chicken on baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
  5. Brush glaze onto chicken and bake 5–7 minutes more until sticky and cooked through.
