Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. Add coffee, milk, ice cream or cream, caramel syrup, espresso powder, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Adjust consistency with milk or ice if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
