Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pitted green olives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the green olives and set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix in olives, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
