- Cook chopped bacon in a large heavy pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving about 1 teaspoon of grease.
- Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook 6–7 minutes until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in burger seasoning and Worcestershire. Cook 1–2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, cook 2 minutes. Stir in dill relish, mustard, and tomato sauce.
- Stir in uncooked rice and pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 18–20 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup cheese and the cooked bacon.
- Top with remaining cheese, cover, and let sit 5 minutes until melted.
