Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet. Pat chicken breasts dry.
  2. Mix olive oil with seasonings and brush over both sides of the chicken.
  3. Arrange chicken on baking sheet with space between pieces.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.
