Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless ribeye steaks
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Bring steaks to room temperature and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat and sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove steaks and rest under foil while preparing the sauce.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add cream and beef broth, simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan if using.
  7. Serve steaks with creamy garlic sauce spooned over the top.
