Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets or slice into steaks.
  3. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast florets 20–25 minutes or steaks 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and herbs if desired, then serve.
