Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup finely ground pistachios

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla and almond extract.
  4. Add flour, salt, and pistachios and mix until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into balls, bake until lightly golden, then roll in powdered sugar.
