Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and place baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add warm water and oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Shape dough into a loaf and score the top.
  5. Bake on hot pan until golden and hollow-sounding.
