Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp fresh orange zest
  • 1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Additional whipped cream, for serving
  • Orange slices, for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Chill for 12 minutes.
  2. Add instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until smooth. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and orange zest until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream and an orange slice.
