  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup natural peanut butter (no xylitol)
  • 0.25 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup mashed banana or blueberries (optional)

Method
 

  1. Combine yogurt, peanut butter, and pumpkin puree in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in mashed banana or blueberries if using.
  3. Spoon mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or small cups.
  4. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
