  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, flaxseed, and chocolate chips until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  4. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
