Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Fold in blueberries gently. Add milk and stir until dough comes together.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface, pat into a rectangle, and cut into biscuits.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden. Drizzle with glaze if desired.
